While hanging out in a Vibe Coding discord channel, I saw a contest to vibe code a carnival game on vibes.diy. My idea: Wobbly Ring Toss. The contest prize: a free ticket to RenderATL, the carnival of code. After another entrant dropped out, I took home the free ticket and booked my flight.
I didn’t want to show up to RenderATL empty handed. So I spent my week intensely Vibe Coding, the goal being a working demo of WePaint.AI to get into people’s hands.
Happily, the vibes were flowing and we managed it! I focused on the “Core Loop” of the app - the AI image generation based on what you paint on the screen.
